Boland’s Quay rises in the heart of Dublin’s vibrant Docklands, in a prime location along the Grand Canal Dock. This remarkable development reshapes the city’s skyline and transforms the surrounding urban landscape, blending contemporary architecture with the site’s industrial heritage.
Awarded “Heritage, Conservation & Cultural Project of the Year” at the Irish Building & Design Awards 2022, Boland’s Quay stands as a notable example of urban regeneration and respect for heritage. The project integrates new buildings with restored spaces from the former industrial structures, creating a dynamic and welcoming new city quarter.
In total, the complex comprises three landmark buildings, offering around 36,851 m² of space dedicated to offices, housing, retail, and culture.
